Malathi Ramachandran – Founder-Director

With 43+ years of experience, including as Head of Indirect Tax at Standard Chartered Bank, Malathi Ramachandran is a renowned expert in taxation and policy advocacy. She played a key role in India’s GST implementation and has led industry lobbying through the Indian Banks’ Association. A trusted advisor with strong institutional ties, Malathi brings strategic foresight and regulatory depth to help CXOs navigate complex tax landscapes and enable operational efficiency at scale.
