1. Company Overview

Sethu4Leaders is a strategic consulting firm offering specialized services across finance, tax, governance, operations, ESG, and leadership development. Our engagement model is personalized and hands-on, led by our founders.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include (but are not limited to):

  • Strategic financial consulting

  • Tax advisory and compliance (Direct & Indirect)

  • Risk and regulatory guidance

  • CSR & ESG strategy and execution

  • Governance frameworks and board advisory

  • Process design and automation consulting

  • Employee well-being and POSH compliance

  • Custom tools for financial and operational tracking

Any engagement scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined via mutually agreed proposals or letters of engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information to enable delivery of services.

  • Review and approve deliverables or reports within the agreed timeframe.

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared documentation, tools, or frameworks unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, templates, tools, and frameworks developed by Sethu4Leaders remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use such deliverables for internal use only.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Likewise, clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sethu4Leaders provides advisory services based on industry best practices and professional experience. While we strive for excellence, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from decisions taken by the client based on our guidance.

7. Payment Terms

All payment terms, fees, and billing schedules will be outlined in the engagement letter or proposal. Late payments may attract penalties as per the agreed terms. All applicable taxes shall be borne by the client.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the termination clauses agreed upon in the signed engagement letter. Any pending dues or deliverables will be settled at the time of termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
